Fit Sense Mobile App
Members will need to book their 1 hour time slot via the FitSense App, freely available on your Smart phone App Store. 1 hour time slots will be available for booking 2 days in advance. At this time, the gym is only open to members, and no day passes can be issued.
Mon – Thu: 6:00am – 9:30pm (Last entry 8:30pm)
Friday: 6:00am – 8:30pm (Last entry 7:30pm)
Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (Last entry 5:00pm)
Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Last entry 5:00pm)

The VIDA team are here to help our members, keep them motivated, on track and regularly coming to the gym. We will do this by providing 4 free personal training sessions with one of our dedicated trainers, when a member signs up on our VALUE membership. We will also ensure that any member who is looking for encouragement and help, will be able to get this from one of our great trainers..
