The VH&F team are here to help our members, keep them motivated, on track and regularly coming to the gym. We will do this by providing a free personal training session and a programme with one of our dedicated trainers when a member signs up. We will also ensure that any member who is looking for encouragement and help will be able to get this from one of our great trainers.

After a few months of lessening lockdown, we’re very happy to welcome our old and new members back to the gym. With continual investment, VH&F has worked hard to be the best-equipped gym in the county, and we will continue to do so. We have all the necessary fitness equipment at VH&F so you can achieve your fitness goals faster.
With our large free weight area, we have loads of equipment, including benches, additional Olympic lifting platforms, and squat racks for you to work on your strength goals. Depending on your goals, you can also do bodyweight and functional training on our Rouge rig.
