ABPT was set up by Tina Bailey in 2015, with the goal of helping clients reach far Above & Beyond what they thought they could achieve.
Tina provides clients with practical, effective and enjoyable Personal Training sessions which will help them work towards their goals and grow in confidence whilst also having fun at the same time.
Tina is a supportive and positive trainer and she has a keen interest in the close link between physical exercise, mental health, nutrition and all-around wellbeing. She loves working with a wide variety of clients; from people who have never used a gym – to the super-keen amateur sports-people who are looking to improve at their chosen sport – and everyone in between!

Henry graduated from the University of Bath in July 2017 with an honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
During his time studying, he also completed two strength and conditioning internships at Saracens Rugby and Northamptonshire Cricket. In addition, he held part time roles with England Rugby’s Sport Science department, Leicester Ladies Hockey Club and University of Bath Cricket Club.
Henry currently holds a Level 3 Personal Training and is working towards UKSCA accreditation.
As a result of his previous experience, Henry is naturally tailored towards working with athletes but is very committed to giving every individual the “athlete experience”. He has recently launched his new business, “Woodward Performance” – have a look on Instagram to see some of his work
