Such a lovely gym. All the staff are so helpful and kind. The free personal trainer session with Randell was brilliant too. Love this gym and will keep at it for as long as possible.

Having been to many mainstream chain gyms over the years which are stuffy and always rammed I was so happy to find this gym which is really spacious filled with lots of great equipment and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and the use of the personal trainers they have there too!

Results guaranteed! That’s what I like about the ethos of the Vida gym. I was reminded of this today—one of those new year sessions that aren’t quite a good as I remember from last year. One of the PTs was working knee stretches with someone on the floor. I remember when he first did that with me—it hurt so much as the trigger point activated. I did the same exercise in my warm up to dead lifts and no pain (in that spot). A reminder as I set my goals for the new year that results do come through.

Been going here for 4 years and it’s basically my second home� - I’ve been to plenty of gyms and this is by far my favourite. There’s loads of space so you’re hardly ever waiting for equipment and all the staff are so friendly. 10/10 �

Easily the best gym in the area. I have been to literally hundreds of gyms and am glad to have found this one. Great people, great staff, great kit. If you are remotely serious about your fitness then this is a superb place to go. Highly recommended.

Great gym with a good range of equipment and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and approachable, as well as personal trainers who are supportive and knowledgeable. With a focus on goals and guaranteed results, the gym is constantly improving, whilst remaining relaxed but professional. Highly recommended!

Vida's not my closest gym (by far) but of the few gyms I've been to this is by far the best. Plenty of equipment (cardio and free weights) so you never have to wait or pause your workout. Great people too - I'm engaged in a PT program and smashing my goals much much faster than if I was trying to do it by myself. Would definitely recommend.

I love this gym, one of the Personal Trainers helped me to set a goal weight and with help from the team I’ve lost two stone in 10 weeks. I’ve finally reached a goal I’ve had every year, for the last 3 years. Thanks Vida��

Vida is not only for bodybuilders & fitness fanatics! It's got a great atmosphere, really lovely staff and there's always enough room to jump on a cross trainer. The fitness advice is spot on and very motivating. Love it.
