Front Rack BB Lunges x 10 (rest 30 secs) : Press-Ups/DB Chest Press x 10  (Rest 30 secs)  x 4 sets

Intervals : 40 secs work -20 secs rest

Box Jumps : Plank Hold : Kettlebell Swings : Burpees x 5 rounds
