Stiff Leg Deadlifts and Bench Pres – 5 x 10 (2 mins rest between sets)

Barbell Bent Over Row and Strict Seated Shoulder Press – 5 x 10 (2 mins rest between sets)

60 secs Plank and AB Trust with weight plate – 4 x 60 secs and 20 (1 min rest between sets)
